Expression of Interest for Building Contractor To Carry Out Roof replacement and Internal Upgrade of Block-B (Junior School), at Weston, ACT

The Islamic School of Canberra invites EOI from suitably qualified contractors to carry out roof replacement and internal upgrade of Block-B (Junior School), at Weston, ACT. Construction forecast to commence May 2026.

The project includes:

• Replacement of 800sqm concrete tile with metal roofing.
• Window replacement.
• Internal refurbishment of approx. 100sqm including amenities and classroom.
• Associated structural and services.
• Contractors will need to show:
• Sensitivity to the nature of a school environment.
• Successful completion of projects of similar complexity.
• Construction experience in the control of cost and time issues.
