Alamo Park Reconstruction

⁠⁠⁠Kingborough Council invites fixed-price tenders from competent contractors to design and construct various local community park/playground upgrades at Alamo Park, Blackmans Bay.

The successful Tender will be appointed as PRINCIPAL CONTRACTOR for the coordination and delivery of these works.

Tenders close 28th April 2026 at 2:00PM.

A pre-tender meeting will be held on 9th April 2026 at 10:00AM, on site at Alamo Park, Blackmans Bay.

Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum. Responses to questions raised by tenderers will be posted on the forum and will be available to any person downloading tender documents.

Tenders must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. If a receipt is not received it is recommended that the Tender is uploaded again
