Expression of Interest - Padel Courts

An exciting opportunity is available for the design, construction, and management of four padel courts to be located adjacent to the existing tennis courts at the Bassendean Tennis Club.

The courts will be operated under a lease arrangement with the Town of Bassendean and will support the diversification of local recreational offerings. This initiative aims to activate community facilities through creative, community focused solutions that demonstrate clear public benefit and align with Council plans, including opportunities to expand the current development footprint.

EOI documents are available from Saturday, 14 March 2026 and can be obtained via the Towns e-procurement portal.

Canvassing of any Town of Bassendean Councillors or Officers will disqualify Respondents from further consideration.
