Provision of an Enterprise Email Archiving and Journaling Solution

Health Support Services (HSS), on behalf of the WA health system, is conducting a market sounding exercise to understand alternatives to the current solution for journaling, archiving and cataloguing of WA Health’s emails. This is inclusive of:

• Available solutions and their functional capabilities, including journaling of a variety of data sources (MS Teams, SharePoint etc.
• Methodology, resourcing and costs associated with migration of data from both legacy and live instances to a cloud-based solution
• Any potential future procurements drawing from the provided information elicited through this RFI will be conducted in accordance with all the relevant Western Australian Procurement Rules and Government Policies.
