Project goals

The project aims to secure a new professional cleaning services contract that ensures CESU inmate escort vehicles are consistently maintained to a high standard of hygiene and safety, supports operational continuity when the current contract expires, meets correctional and health compliance requirements, reduces operational and financial risks, and enhances efficiency through predictable costs and improved lifecycle management of the vehicle fleet.

Scope

The scope of services required involves the professional waterless cleaning of CESU Inmate Escort Vehicles, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard of hygiene, safety, and compliance with correctional operational requirements. This includes delivering all cleaning activities necessary to support secure and sanitary inmate and staff transport across the CESU fleet.

Venue: William Morrow Building, 1 Jamieson Street, SILVERWATER NSW 2128

Attendance at the Briefing and Site Inspection is mandatory for intending Respondents. Offers from Respondents who did not attend the Briefing and Site Inspection will not be considered. Attendance for the site visit will be limited to a maximum of two (2) nominated representatives per respondent's organisation. Please refer to tender documents on how to register your attendance.
