Tree Management Contract for the annual maintenance works of trees, palms and shrubs on public land

⁠⁠⁠The contract work involves specified tree maintenance works for trees, palms and shrubs found on Mosman nature strips and other public lands. For the sake of this contract, Council managed lands have been divided into six areas. There are options to complete the work within one or two years.

Works will also involve annual tree maintenance on trees and palms found on Military and Spit Roads.

Other public lands managed by Council including but not limited to major parks, carparks, bushland and unmade road sites will also require tree works. This work will be conducted by those contractors that have met the contract requirements and provided a schedule of rates for pruning works.

Successful tenderers will also be eligible to be placed on Councils public tree permit form to quote and conduct pruning works for Mosman residents on public trees and palms.
