QED 6145 2026 Caboolture SSS - Carpark Refurbishment (with design responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for the Carpark Maintenance project at Caboolture SSS, located at 50 Torrens Rd, Caboolture South QLD 4510. This tender is for a principal contractor to undertake the entire scope of works.

The project scope entails modifications to an existing car park that facilitates additional drop off and go areas with a new shade structure at the waiting area. The works are required to be delivered during the by the June school holidays.

The appointed principal contractor will be responsible for the full scope of works including design and obtaining the relevant certifications. All works to be carried in in accordance with all building codes, Australian Standards, and DoE guidelines.

Tenderers must hold the following licences and insurances, with proof to be provided upon request:

• QBCC Licence

• Professional Indemnity Insurance (to value of $1 million in accordance with the contract)

• Public Liability Insurance

• WorkCover Insurance
