Tender Description
The general scope of works to be undertaken under this Contract is outlined below. The Superintendent may direct additional works not specifically listed, provided such works are consistent with the nature and intent of this Contract.
The works include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Maintenance grading of unsealed roads
- Maintenance of sealed road shoulders
- Re-sheeting / re-gravelling of unsealed pavements
- Shoulder top-up works to sealed pavements
- Pavement maintenance
- Drainage maintenance (including table drains, culverts, headwalls and associated concrete structures)
- Protection works maintenance (including scour protection, grouted stone pitching and erosion control)
- Provision of labour, plant and equipment for emergency response events, including route clearance
- Construction and/or reconstruction of road pavements
- Construction of New drainage works and associated protections works
All works are to conform with the Standard Specification for Civil Maintenance V9.2b - 31 January 2024 available online, unless otherwise noted in the Project Specific Requirements.
The sites of the Works are located within the Litchfield Council Road network.
