The Parliamentary Document Management System (PDMS) is a key system that supports the workflow of a range of parliamentary and departmental documents, ensuring the timely exchange of information amongst. The PDMS supports 70 federal government entities with over 40,000 users at the UNCLASSIFIED and PROTECTED levels. The system provides an integrated document tracking solution, including management of document drafting, approvals and referrals to other agencies, maintenance of historical records, and search and reporting capabilities.

As a Senior Tester within the Government Services Branch (GSB), you are responsible for leading and delivering high quality testing and quality assurance activities across complex systems and business processes within an agile delivery environment. You apply sound judgement and technical expertise to ensure testing outcomes support business objectives and contribute to the delivery of reliable, fit for purpose services.

You support a collaborative testing culture and help improve testing practices. You mentor junior testers, promote consistent quality standards in Agile teams, and ensure testing work is delivered on time and to a high standard, aligned with product and delivery goals.

In addition, you build and maintain strong working relationships with testers, developers, and business analysts across the section and branch. You actively share knowledge, insights, and best practices, contributing to Agile ceremonies and supporting effective cross‑functional delivery.
