This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) conducts independent merits review of administrative decisions made under Commonwealth laws. The ART reviews decisions made by Australian Government ministers, departments, and agencies and, in limited circumstances, decisions made by state government and non-government bodies. The Tribunal consists of staff and members. Staff are employees of the Australian Public Service and members, the people who hear and decide cases, are statutory office holders. The Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) are seeking a review of the member performance reporting solution architecture to deliver an efficient, reliable, scalable and sustainable solution to replace the current architecture of applications including the Benchmark and Case Weightings Spreadsheet and addressing gaps in legacy CMS case data.
Indicative high-level activities include:
- Analysis of the current solution architecture, including business requirements, how the current solution operates and its limitations.
- Prepare solution options, option costings and a recommendation for the preferred future state option in alignment with ART strategic priorities.
- Develop a high-level design of the preferred future state solution option including the system integrations, data flows and technology choices (blueprint).
- Develop a transition plan to move from the current solution to the preferred future state solution option.
