Management of Port Adelaide Enfield Par 3 Golf Courses at Glanville and Valley View

⁠⁠⁠The City of Port Adelaide Enfield invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced and forward-thinking organisations to manage, operate and activate two Council owned Par 3 golf courses:

• Glanville Golf Course in Semaphore South

• Valley View Golf Course in Valley View

This is a unique opportunity to partner with Council in operating accessible, inclusive and much-loved golf facilities that contribute significantly to local health, recreation and community life.

Both facilities are located on Community Land with permitted use for recreation and open space. Development is only allowed where ancillary to this purpose.

We seek an operator with strong credentials in golf course management and community engagement, someone who can deliver high-quality service, improved financial performance, innovative programs, and shared value for the community.
