Hobsons Bay City Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to undertake the construction and maintenance of improvements to Mary Street Reserve located at 16 Mary Street, Spotswood, VIC 3015.
To help meet the growing need for quality open space in the area, we're improving the overall amenity and capacity of Mary Street Reserve. The park upgrade will include a brand-new play space, car park, picnic and BBQ area, along with new landscaping and planting to create a greener, more inviting space.
A non-mandatory site visit will be held between 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm on Monday 23 March 2026 at Mary Street Reserve, please contact Marie Victorio via email mvictorio@hobsonsbay.vic.gov.au to confirm your attendance or to arrange an alternate date/time.
