GeelongPort - Lascelles 1 Strip Drain Construction

The removal of existing steel plating and trench grate/checker plate covers and the supply and installation of new Class G trench grates at Lascelles Berth No.1, in accordance with the issued-for-construction drawings and specifications.

Currently the Checker Plate Covers are not Fit-for-Purpose and as a result of this we have had to temporarily cover these with Steel Plates.

The overall goal of this Project is to install Safe & Compliant Strip Drain grates as documented in the issued-for-construction drawings and specification to ensure the following occurs:

•  Proper Drainage & Water Movement (incl. key access points for maintenance / inspections)
•  Secure & Safe Covers
•  Make-good and ensure longevity of the Existing Drainage & Surrounding Pavement Infrastructure
