Tender Description
This Approach to Market (ATM) is for the provision of: Portable field instruments that are Real-Time Spectrum Analysers capable of receiving and analysing signals in the frequency bands that will be utilised in various radiocommunications spectrum bands. The intention is to purchase three spectrum analysers that provide capabilities for interference resolution, cable and antenna analysis.
The Commonwealth of Australia as represented by Australian Communications and Media Authority (the Customer) is seeking submissions for the provision of the goods (the Requirement) as described in this
ATM comprising:
- this CCS ATM, including the Statement of Requirement
- the CCS ATM Response Form
- the CCS ATM Annexes (if any)
- the Commonwealth ATM Terms
- the Additional Contract Terms (if any)
- the Commonwealth Contract Terms
- the Commonwealth Contracting Suite Glossary and Interpretation.

The Customer will exclude from participation any Potential Supplier that does not demonstrate compliance with:
The Customer will be excluded from consideration any Response that does not meet the following Mandatory Conditions of Participation:
- Tenderers must respond to this tender only via AusTender by completing the provided ATM response schedule related to this ATM where this procurement opportunity is advertised on AusTender;
- Tenderers must provide a declaration of financial solvency and viability in Section 3 of the ATM response schedule;
- Tenderers must provide a declaration relating to ethical business practices in Section 3 of the ATM response schedule.
