Demolition and Construction of New Ablutions - Henderson Avenue
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at Rottnest Island - RIA Hub Office (behind the Dome Café), Rottnest Island/ Wadjemup, Rottnest Island on 19 March 2026 8:30 AM.
Tenderers shall attend a mandatory Site Visit and Briefing, one of which is currently scheduled on:
- Date: Thursday 19th March 2026
- Time: 8:30 am
- Location: Rottnest Island - RIA Hub Office (behind the Dome Café)
- Transport: Ferry (at Contractor expense)
By no later than 2:00 pm on Tuesday 17th March 2026 Tenderers shall confirm to Brett Walters their attendance at the Site Visit and Briefing via email at brett.walters@dbca.wa.gov.au.
Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of the offer.
For any alternate site briefings please contact Brett Walters for available times. All mandatory site briefings are to be completed by 24th March 2026 at latest.
