Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake refurbishment works at 71 Blencowe Road, Karloo WA 6530.

The Work includes but is not limited to painting works, glazing, flooring, carpentry works, electrical, plumbing and gas, fencing, and cleaning.

Site Visit 

A site visit will be held at 71 Blencowe Road, Karloo on 16 March 2026 11:00 AM.

A non-mandatory site briefing will be held on-site at the premises. The location of the briefing will be 71 Blencowe Road, Karloo WA 6530.
