Tender Description
Shoalhaven City Council, hereafter referred to as ‘Council’, is seeking quotations from appropriately accredited and certified Contractors for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of a 100kWp solar photovoltaic (PV) systems at Shoalhaven Water Flinders Depot
Design, supply, install and commission one or both of the following:

| Component 2 | Two (2) 22kW Electric Vehicle Charges |
This Specification and Scope of Works sets out what is required by this RFQ. Proponents are to read and fully understand Council’s requirements and propose a response that fully satisfies the requirements.
General Conditions of Contract
The general conditions of contract for this tender will consist of:
- Design and Construct, AS 4902-2000.
These Contract documents do not include a copy of General Conditions of Contract, AS 4902-2000. The Contractor is advised to make their own arrangements to obtain a copy of the General Conditions of Contract, AS 4902-2000, copies being available through SAI Global Pty Limited at:
