Doveton Neighbourhood Learning Centre Renewal

The City of Casey invites suitably qualified tenderers to complete the works of Doveton Neighbourhood Learning Centre Renewal. The project will focus on enhancing the building's functionality, addressing accessibility and compliance issues, and delivering targeted renewal works.

Key elements include:

• Improving the building's overall fitness for purpose to better support community use
• Rectifying non-compliance with Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) standards
• Undertaking minor renewal works, including:
• Upgrades to internal amenities
• Enhancements to the building's exterior appearance
