⁠⁠⁠Overview

The Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA), part of the Department of Education (VIC), invites eligible respondents to submit a tender for the Unoccupied Sites Program, covering unoccupied site maintenance and associated works.

About

This Request for Tender (RFT) follows the previous VSBA Forward Notice ATN-VSBA-USP-26/27-2.

Eligibility

  • Respondents must be registered in the Construction Services – Project Management and/or Contract Management category on the Construction Supplier Register (CSR)
  • Registration must reflect a maximum project value of at least $25 million
