Tender Description
Council is seeking to engage a building construction contractor to develop a detailed for construction design set and technical specifications from Moir Studio (Landscape Architects) and CM+. This includes the repairs/reclamation of the swimming enclosure and bringing the area up to DDA Compliance. Update the aging facilities/amenities building in Pelican Park. The contractor will be engaged under a Detailed Design and Construct contract.
Mandatory - Tender Briefing
A mandatory Tender Briefing will be held on the 14/04/2026 at 11:00am onsite at Pelican Park – The Boulevarde, Woy Woy NSW 2256.
Pre-registration is required by emailing the contact officer Tammy Tranmer no later than 4PM on Friday 10th April with the names and organisation of those attending.
