Pre-Qualified Supplier Register – Project Management & Superintendency Services

Central Highlands Regional Council is establishing a Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers under section 232 of the Local Government Regulation 2012 (Qld) for the provision of Project Management and Superintendency Services. This register will enable Council to streamline procurement processes and ensure access to qualified, experienced providers for a range of projects.

The purpose of this arrangement is to support Council in delivering infrastructure and related projects efficiently, safely, and in compliance with legislative and contractual requirements. Suppliers appointed to the register will be pre-qualified through a competition process and will form a panel from which Council may engage services without the need for repeated tendering.
