C682 Pyramid Hill Pool Concourse Replacement

The works consist of all labour, materials, plant and equipment required for the excavation, preparation, construction and completion of the new concrete concourse at the Pyramid Hill Pool. All works shall be carried out in accordance with the project drawings, specifications, schedules, and relevant Australian Standards.

The contractor must:

• Verify all dimensions on site prior to commencing work.
• Notify the Project Manager of any discrepancies or omissions in the drawings or documentation.
• Not scale drawings.
• Ensure all materials, colours, finishes, and textures are confirmed with the Project Manager prior to installation.
• Comply with all referenced Australian Standards and the NCC.
