ABOUT THE CITY OF COFFS HARBOUR:

ABOUT THIS REQUEST FOR TENDER (RFT):

The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations for contract CON00770 Karangi Dam Scour Line. This contract will be made under the Citys MW21 agreement a copy of which is supplied in the RFT document package.

SITE INSPECTION:

The City intends holding a MANDATORY site inspection, details of which are outlines at section 1.5 of the Volume 1 RFT document.

REGISTRATION:

Tender documents may be downloaded from after a one time registration by the tenderer. Registration is free of charge.

ENQUIRIES:

Tender enquiries should be directed to Mr Nathan Crawford Project Manager Water and Wastewater via the online forum by the cut off time and date of Friday 27 March 2026 at 10am AEDST.

SUBMISSIONS:

Completed responses are to be submitted via the electronic tender box only, using the attached MS Word version of the document.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME:

The deadline for submission of tenders is 10.00am Eastern Daylight Standard Time on Wednesday 1 April 2026. Submissions must be fully uploaded by this time as the portal cuts off at exactly 10.00am.

The City is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender, all or any part of the tender, and reserves the right to conduct the tender process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous. City staff except for the named contact above are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the RFT. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted. Canvassing of any City official or Councillor will disqualify that proponents submission from the evaluation process.
