Tenterfield Shire Council is inviting submissions for Tenders for 2 contract of cleaning Contract 1 has eight (8) Council Premises and the second contract is for the cleaning of the Memorial Hall/RSL Pavilion. There can be either 2 separate contracts or 1 large contract for the nine (9) premises that consists of the following:
Contract no. 1
1. Council Administration Building (Chambers) 247 Rouse Street, Tenterfield,
2. Records House 134 Manners Street, Tenterfield
3. Rural Fire Service Control Centre Office 50 Francis Street, Tenterfield
4. Council Depot Office, Workshop Storeroom and Staff Room 32 Riley Street, Tenterfield
5. Tenterfield Saleyards Office and Kiosk 66 Boundary Road, Tenterfield
6. Water Treatment Plant Office - Scrub Road, Tenterfield
7. Sewerage Treatment Plant Office 225 Old Ballandean Road, Tenterfield
8. Transfer Station Staff Area 121 Sunnyside Loop Road, Tenterfield
Contract No. 2
1. Memorial Hall/RSL Pavilion 96 Molesworth Street, Tenterfield (Monthly cleaning and event Cleaning)
