ICT - Electronic Security Services

Ipswich City Council (Council) is seeking to engage a suitably experienced and qualified supplier or suppliers for the supply of Electronic Security Services with aims to maintain and report on electronic security services assets, reduce the operational costs, and extend the life of the assets within the Electronic Security Services area.

The separable portions include:

• Separable Portion 1 – Safe City Network

The Safe City Public Safety System includes the design, maintenance, and the security of a dedicated IP- based surveillance network. This portion of the contract is regarding the Safe City standalone network in its entirety and includes, but not limited to, the maintenance and installation of any camera and other devices/equipment used or placed on this network. Information Technology (IT) expertise is to be the overarching management component of providing services to Safe City Monitoring Facility and Safe City Network.

• Separable Portion 2 – Asset Protection / Corporate Security

Maintenance and installation of electronic security systems operating on the corporate network across Ipswich City Council-owned and occupied buildings. This includes Cameras, archivers/Genetec Stream Vaults/ Gallagher devices such as controllers, readers.
