1 Senior SAP, SuccessFactors, Workforce Analyst

The People Insights & Technology team is responsible for delivering high-quality people data, analytics, and statutory reporting to support organisational decision-making, workforce equity outcomes, and compliance obligations.

• Due to the temporary unavailability of key personnel, CSIRO is seeking an experienced external consultant to:
• Provide continuity and assurance for statutory workforce reporting, including Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA), and

Conduct an independent review of the current people data pipeline, analytics operating model, and ways of working, with practical recommendations for improvement aligned to CSIRO’s future-state technology and data strategy.

The consultant will operate as a senior individual contributor, embedded within the team, with a strong focus on delivery, uplift, and knowledge transfer.

The engagement will be delivered in an environment characterised by competing operational priorities, statutory deadlines, and legacy reporting processes. The consultant is expected to balance delivery assurance with review activities and adapt sequencing as required to maintain business continuity.
