Water and Sewer UV Maintenance – Part B (WEDECO/ATG/EVOQUA)

This Contract is for the servicing and maintenance of Wedeco, ATG and Evoqua Ultraviolet (UV) systems across the Waimakariri District.

The main tasks involved in this Contract are:

• Scheduled Servicing: Conducting inspections and maintenance of UV units per the manufacturer’s specifications. Inspections must document any faults or emerging issues.
• Emergency Standby Service: Providing 24/7 emergency support, including remote consultation and on-site repair work as required by the Water Unit or 3 Waters staff. Due to the unpredictable nature of emergency call-outs, no fixed volume of work is guaranteed.
• Spare Parts Management: Maintaining an adequate stock of spare parts at 3 Waters sites to ensure timely repairs, considering the critical nature of the infrastructure and the service levels guaranteed by the Council.
• Upgrade and Renewal Recommendations: Assisting the Principal with Capital projects, providing timely feedback on necessary maintenance, upgrades and renewals and completing the work if instructed.
