Request for Proposal Reservoir Access Hatch Replacement Design Tamworth

Tamworth Regional Council own and operate 26 clear water reservoirs within the Tamworth Local Government Area

Asset condition was assessed during the 2022/2023 reservoir cleaning performed by Southern Commercial Divers.

Of the 26 reservoirs that were assessed 5 Reservoirs have hatches that require modifications to increase the size to allow for safe entry for diver into a confined space.

Request For Proposal

Request for Proposal for the design of a new platform and hatch at the Victoria Park 18ML Reservoir for the undersized entry hatches to be replaced. Relocation of Davit Arm to be included in design. Design to be used as a template for future replacements. Design is to specify requirements for engineering drawings and certification by an appropriately qualified engineer. Civil and structural specification to be developed for tendering of works.
