Tender Description

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified Contractors for the upgrade of McMahons Point Community Centre.

The works comprise of four separable parts as follows:

  • Separable Portion A Trade Works - Electrical and Plumbing services
  • Separable Portion B Roofing - New pitched roof
  • Separable Portion C Property Reconstruction - Childcare centre wall framing
  • Separable Portion D Civil Works - Drainage, stormwater and resealing of carpark

A pre-tender meeting will be held on site at 165 Blues Point Rd, McMahons Point at 4:30pm.

Tenders will close at 3pm, TUESDAY 24 MARCH 2026
