7 Mile Locker Room Facility Upgrade

Scope of work

The current locker room facilities at 7 Mile Rail Operations consist of hired demountable buildings that are no longer fit for purpose. The facilities are cramped, lack adequate ventilation and cooling, do not provide compliant shower/toilet amenities, and existing lockers are damaged or unsecured.

This project will deliver a permanent, air-conditioned locker room facility designed to improve worker comfort, hygiene, security, and operational efficiency. The facility must be compliant with Rio Tinto standards, NCC requirements, and relevant Australian Standards, and suitable for the Pilbara climate

As this is an Expression of Interest (EOI) only, the specifics of the package of work relating to breadth of scope, location and timing may be subject to change. If successful, the Supplier/s will be notified of any changes prior to award.
