Tender Description
The Western Australian Meat Industry Authority (WAMIA) is located in Muchea and West Perth. The Customer utilises the suite of Microsoft apps and recently physical servers have moved to the Cloud. In addition to normal and usual office ICT requirements, the Customer utilises computers in the Muchea Livestock Centre that are connected to cattle weighing and scanning infrastructure and the Agrinous application.
The Customer is seeking a single Contractor that is suitably experienced and qualified to provide IT support to deliver with following Services:
- Help desk support;
- System maintenance;
- Subscription management;
- Cyber security updates, training and government reporting; and
- Additional services detailed in Schedule 2 – Statement of Requirements / Specification.
The Contractor must note travel to Muchea, Western Australia is required.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at Muchea Livestock Centre, 121 Muchea East Road, Muchea 6501 on 11 Mar, 2026 10:00 AM.
Respondents are to note that the Customer requires all site visitors to complete work health and safety induction material prior to attending WAMIA’s Muchea location. This will be provided to Respondents upon confirmation of attendance per the instructions within the Request.
Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
