Prospective respondents will need to complete, sign and return the Confidentiality Deed Poll (in accordance with the instructions in that deed) prior to being provided the Expression of Interest documentation. Prospective respondents are to submit the Confidentiality Deed Poll to the Contact Officer (lewis.heard3@transport.nsw.gov.au). Following receipt, the Expression of Interest documentation will be issued to the respondent.
