Finance System Transformation Project

Pormpuraaw Aboriginal Shire Council is embarking on a transformative project aimed at modernising our financial systems, with streamlined processes to enhance our operational efficiency. This initiative is critical to our strategic goals of accountability as Council is accountable to the community and will conduct its affairs openly with integrity in consultation with the community, at the same time reflecting the highest level of democratic governance and public administration; and investing in the future where Council will take a long-term view as a responsible steward of community assets and finances.

To support this project, we are seeking a comprehensive financial management system that aligns with our specific needs, including improvements in efficiency and productivity by reducing manual processes through electronic workflows and automation.
