Our existing intranet is outdated, difficult to navigate, and lacks integration with current tools and platforms. Staff feedback has highlighted issues with accessibility, search functionality, and content management.
As our agency grows and adapts to hybrid work environments, the need for a robust digital workspace has become critical. Successful modern intranets are dependent on user-centric design and a constant focus on real time, relevant content.
The current SharePoint Intranet was developed when SIA was established 5 years ago, and the needs of staff have evolved in this time. The Communications team has identified areas of improvement for the intranet’s use, design and capabilities.
Developing a new intranet requires specialised skills and experience that are not currently available in-house.
