Construction of Nagambie Library Building Alterations and Additions

Strathbogie Shire Council is seeking suitably experienced suppliers to fulfil Contract 25-26-35-Construction of Nagambie Library Building Alterations and Additions.

Strathbogie Shire is seeking suitably qualified and experienced building contractors to submit a tender for the Nagambie Library Building Alterations and Additions. The proposed works is to provide improved services to the library members including providing extended accessible hours and additional community space.

The successful contractor will be required to review the proposed works architectural drawings, assess the condition and adequacy of existing building for the proposed alterations and additions, prepare structural designs for the proposed works, obtain building permit for the proposed works, and construct the proposed alterations and additions including but not limited to supply and delivery of all required materials, machineries, equipment and labour to complete the scope of works.

The contractor is required to provide engineering design drawings, specifications and certifications to successfully obtain a building permit. All on site construction works are programmed to be delivered during a three-week period where the library will be closed for operations and available for the construction works.
