AquaPulse/Encore - BMS System Capital Works

Wyndham City Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced Building Management System (BMS) specialists to tender for the BMS Optimisation Works at AquaPulse and Encore, Hoppers Crossing.

This Contract shall improve the overall functionality, reliability, and data integrity of the existing Building Management System (BMS) at AquaPulse and Encore. The Works shall establish a validated and dependable operational dataset to support informed asset management and future infrastructure planning, including electrification initiatives.

The installation, commissioning, and integration of the central heating water (CHW) and heating hot water (HHW) meters is a priority milestone of the Works. Accurate thermal energy measurement is fundamental to validating load profiles and enabling evidence-based future investment decisions.

The Contract shall also activate and optimise EMS functionality, refine control logic, rationalise alarms and data streams, and implement system improvements necessary to ensure the BMS/EMS operates as a coherent, stable, and operationally sound platform.

Upon completion, the BMS/EMS shall function as a single source of truth for operational and energy performance data, while maintaining safe and uninterrupted operations within a live aquatic facility.

All enquiries relating to the project scope should be directed through the E-Tendering portal Supplier Noticeboard established for this tender.

All submissions must be electronically submitted through the E-Tendering Portal no later than 12 Noon on Wednesday, 25, March 2026.

Late or emailed tenders will not be accepted. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
