LGCA - Roadbase & Binding Materials Panel for Gwydir Shire Council NSW

Local Government Contracts Australia (LGCA), would like to invite suitable suppliers to the following opportunity to be on a Roadbase & Binding Materials Panel, to service Gwydir Shire Council in NSW.

The purpose is to establish a panel of suppliers is to enable council to procure these services via the National Local Government Suppliers Register (NLGSR), administered by LGCA.

We are seeking service providers across the following subcategories: Road & Pavement Material Supply and Services - Asphalt, Bitumen and Associated Products

• Roadbase Materials
• Binding Materials for Stabilising Works

This approach is designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and efficient procurement process while enabling suppliers to be visible to participating councils predominantly within NSW, but also nationally.

Please note: Once suppliers complete the supplier registration form, you will be sent instruction to complete a Request to Qualify (RTQ) online submission in full (7 forms) by the close date.

Important Deadline:

Suppliers are required to complete their RTQ submission via the LGCA portal for the full by 5pm AEDT Tuesday 10th March 2026.

Please note: The NLGSR will remain open after this date for future opportunities with other councils nationally, however, we encourage suppliers to complete their RTQ submission by the deadline to ensure they receive council panel opportunities for this RFQ.
