This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Office of Parliamentary Counsel (OPC) seeks to procure a managed Security Operations Centre (SOC) provider to deliver comprehensive security monitoring, threat detection, incident response, reporting, and continuous improvement across OPC’s ICT environment.
The SOC provider must deliver end-to-end security services for OPC, encompassing continuous monitoring, proactive threat detection, and full incident response including containment, remediation, and recovery, to actively resolve security issues and restore normal operations. OPC currently engages an incumbent SOC vendor and continuity of service are essential components of this procurement. OPC has their own instance of Microsoft Sentinel. OPC are requiring the SOC provider to use, monitor, action, improve and work with the OPC instance of Microsoft sentinel.
