Boiling/Chilled Water Units at APH

This Approach to Market (ATM) is for the provision of: Australian Parliament House utilises a variety of drinking water solutions for the comfort of its patrons. These include units within kitchenettes supplying boiling water to small staff levels, through to commercial boiling units for catering situations.

There is also the requirement for Boiling/Chilled units in these scenarios, as well as standalone units that provide the above water and act as a separate mains-style hot water unit.

Scope:

The Department of Parliamentary Services is requesting tenders from suitable manufacturers and retailers of these water supply units meeting the following criteria:

The single retailer or manufacturer must be able to supply all the below styles of units:

• Under bench boiling water only unit (must be able to fit into a 600mm kitchen cabinet)
• Wall-mounted 240v plug in boiling only unit
• Under bench boiling/chilled water unit with a variety of capacities (1-20 people and 21-40 people)
• Under bench boiling/chilled/mains hot supply (commonly termed 4-in-1 or 5-in-1)
• Spares (to be purchased outside of this tender) available for these units
• All units to be supplied with tapware in a chrome finish and to be supplied with their required items for operation (tapware, pressure reduction valves)
• Supply of information for each model proposed.
