Bella Vista 2.0 at 4-8 Mawson Avenue, Bella Vista, offers convenient access to Norwest Business Park, Rouse Hill Town Centre, and Castle Towers Shopping Centre, providing a welcoming place to live, work, shop and play. The site is located within the Bella Vista Station Precinct, surrounded by Mawson Avenue to the east, Byles Place to the north, Unaipon Avenue to the south, and the M1 Northwest & Bankstown Metro Line to the west.
