Oxford Urban Headworks Renewals 2025/26

This contract is for repair and improvement works to Gammans Reservoir and View Hill Reservoir, both near Oxford.

The main tasks involved in this contract are:

• Weatherproofing and sealing of reservoir roofs, access hatches, instrument penetrations
• Replacement / modification of ladders
• Replacement / rehabilitation of pipework
• Relocation of instrumentation and electrical items
• Repair of spalled or damaged concrete and exposed reinforcement
• Installation of sealant to reservoir wall / floor junctions
• Finalising design of detailing and obtaining approval for shop drawings, installation methodologies and structural engineering approvals.
