IT & Cyber Security Observability, Analytics and Data Pipeline Management Platform

Monash University is seeking proposals from experienced vendors for the supply, implementation, and support of an enterprise Observability and Data Platform supporting:

IT Operations monitoring

• Security Operations (SIEM and detection engineering)
• Enterprise data ingestion and pipeline management
• Tiered storage and archival
• AI-driven analytics and automation capabilities

The platform must support high-volume log ingestion, enterprise search workloads, hybrid cloud environments, and secure Australian data residency.

Suppliers may bid for:

• Section A: Observability / Analytics / SIEM
• Section B: Data Pipeline Management

Or an integrated end-to-end solution.

The successful supplier(s) will demonstrate strong cyber security posture, transparent commercial models, and enterprise-scale capability.
