Lease of Land West End Cropping/Grazing – Western Portion (approx. 100 hectares)

Shire of Moora seeks tenders from community groups and commercial entities to lease the west side of Council’s “West End Land” which is approximately 100 hectares for the purpose of cropping and or grazing.

A subsidised lease rate is available for those community groups / clubs that wish to raise funds for capital works/infrastructure, which is set at $60 per hectare (ex GST). The term of the lease will be from 17 March 2026. Applicant must submit a lease proposal for a maximum of 2 years. The subsidised community lease rate is set at $60 per hectare (ex GST).

Terms and conditions will be negotiated between Council and the successful applicant. Funds raised must go toward capital improvements of the respective club/community groups’ infrastructure.

Submissions close Thursday 12 March 2026 at 4.00pm, and are to be marked “Tender 02/2026” addressed to Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Moora, 34 Padbury Street, Moora WA 6510; posted to PO Box 211 Moora WA 6510; emailed to records@moora.wa.gov.au or hand delivered to the Shire Office.
