Substation Upgrade - Wanneroo Secondary College

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake substation upgrades at Wanneroo Secondary College.

The Work includes but is not limited to a full upgrade of the school’s electrical supply infrastructure to meet increased load demands, replace ageing Western Power assets, and provide a compliant, future-proof connection point. Central to the upgrade is the construction of a new brick fire-rated substation room and a new Site Main Switchboard. Two parts to works – substation room and substation.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 56 Quarkum St, Wanneroo on 5 Mar, 2026 10:00 AM.

A mandatory site briefing will be held at Wanneroo Secondary College. The location of the briefing will be 56 Quarkum St, Wanneroo WA 6065.
