Survey of frontages on Abbotts & Aldington Roads, Kemps Creek

Scope:

Penrith City Council (PCC) is seeking quotations from NSW Registered Land Surveyors & employers of NSW Registered Land Surveyors for consultancy services related to the surveying of approximately 820 linear metres of land adjacent to Abbots and Aldington Roads Kemps Creek.

Project Description:

Abbotts & Aldington Roads surveys for land acquisition Penrith City Council (PCC) is to acquire frontages of a number of properties along Abbotts and Aldington Roads in Kemps Creek. The land acquisition is necessary to complete the planned road upgrades of Abbots and Aldington Roads. The land to be acquired is in accordance with the road design plans and SP2 Infrastructure (Local Road) zoning of the subject properties.

As such, Council requires a number of surveys to enable the process of land acquisition.
