Occupy and Operate the Yarrawonga Library, Events and Performance Precinct Cafe/Restaurant

⁠⁠⁠Moira Shire Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced and innovative café/restaurant operators to establish, own and manage a retail café/restaurant within the redeveloped Yarrawonga Library, Events and Performance Precinct located at 100 Belmore St Yarrawonga.

This is a unique opportunity to become part of a vibrant cultural and community hub in the heart of the retail activity district Yarrawonga.

Council wishes to enter a Lease for a café/retail food venture with a suitable candidate. Council will be guided by its Lease and Licence Policy, now attached: https://www.moira.vic.gov.au/Our-Council/Our-policies/Lease-and-Licence-Policy.

Council has an expectation that it would receive a market-based rental and reimbursement of outgoings, subject to negotiations and circumstances.
