RFP - Leadership Development Programme

Watercare is seeking a suitably qualified provider to design and deliver a scalable leadership development programme for approximately 70 mid–senior leaders, with a tailored stream for executive leaders. The programme should help participants apply learning to real business challenges, strengthen our leadership pipeline, and lift leadership effectiveness in line with Watercare’s values, and strategic priorities. Delivery is expected to commence in cohorts from April/May 2026 and include facilitated sessions, coaching/mentoring, a 360-style assessment, and clear tools and measures to demonstrate impact and ROI.
