Technology One Support Services

The Commonwealth of Australia, as represented by the Department of Finance (the Buyer), via this Request for Quotation (RFQ) process, is seeking to procure a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider (the Seller) to provide ongoing professional support to the in-house systems accountant (the Requirements).

In accordance with the Requirements, the Seller will provision:

• a suitably qualified and experienced TechnologyOne Specialist to work as an embedded resource at the Buyer's premises for two days per week; and
• reach-back support to ensure that the Buyer’s ongoing objectives and requirements are achieved in an efficient and efficient manner.

Sellers should demonstrate in their Response Schedule a clear understanding and proposed methodology for delivery of the Requirements, including innovation and value-add.
