1 Senior Technology One System Administrator

The purpose of this role is to support the Manager – ERP Systems to administer Technology One through the implementation phase to business-as-usual activities.

The EL1 TechnologyOne system administrator would be the ASIC side coordinator and work alongside external TechnologyOne product specialists (functional consultants) supporting the ASIC Finance Systems team in their BAU administration of TechnologyOne.

The role’s responsibilities include all general TechnologyOne system administrator functions including:

• Providing technical support and training to the Finance Systems Team other Technology One system users.
• Monitoring performance and reliability of TechnologyOne, actioning incidents and accounting for business cycles.
• Proactively work with business to document use of TechnologyOne software, especially for audit purposes.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system architecture via automation and the use of TechnologyOne software.
• Plan and oversee systems administration projects to deliver new functionality, version upgrades and user acceptance testing.
• Managing and maintaining user account administration (create/modify/disable) and systems configurations within TechnologyOne.
• Create, update and maintain TechnologyOne workflow and system administration documentation, to assist both Finance and the ICT teams.
