Design (to the Extent Specified) & Construction of Distributed Antenna System at North Canberra Hospital on Behalf of Digital Canberra – GC21 Ed2 Request for Tender

The Head Contractor (HC) will be engaged under the GC21 Edition 2 contract to deliver the construction and installation of the Distributed Antenna System (DAS) in accordance with the endorsed and carrier-approved designs for the North Canberra Hospital (NCH), covering the Marian, Xavier and Keaney buildings.

The HC’s scope will also include the fit-out of an existing space within the multistorey car park at NCH to make it fit-for-purpose for housing the NCH DAS room. In addition, the HC will be required to undertake asbestos removal works, if necessary, subject to the outcomes of the ongoing investigations being undertaken by the NCH project team.

Notes: Microsoft Teams Briefing Prospective tenderers who lodged compliant Deed of Confidentiality will be provided with the opportunity to attend an industry briefing session, followed by an opportunity to arrange a site inspection

A site visit is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
